Starting this year, ALL members are eligible to earn $15.00 for each new member (not members from 2003) you get to signup. 

Example:

Refer 1 family at the regular rate and receive $15.00.

Refer 10 families at the regular rate and receive $150.00

There is no limit to how many new members you bring.
